the bath

Women have used water to ease labor pain since the beginning of time.  The use of the bath for the latter part of the first stage of labor is a safe and effective way to facilitate labor, and it provides a risk-free alternative to painkilling medications or epidurals.

Awaken to the art of the bath, a form of relaxation lost in time. I'm talking about the ancient form of bathing in select organically grown essential oils and herbs and breathing in the gently scented steam that leaves you absolutely relaxed.  Adding therapeutic scent magnifies the intensity and effectiveness of the breathing and relaxation response and increases your body's production of endorphins to provide natural pain relief.

This product utilizes pure and unprocessed extracted mineral salts from the Southern Dead Sea in Israel, and unprocessed solar ocean and desert salts, dried by the natural action of the sun and wind.  Only organic, therapeutic grade essential oils are used in this product.  This blend is hand made in small batches using organic essential oils of lavender, chamomile, bergamot, rose otto, geranium, ylang ylang, jasmine, and neroli.  Dried herbs of  lavender, rose, and chamomile are organically grown complete the blend.

Directions: Using 1 to 2 tablespoons, depending on the size of the bath, partially fill the bath with hot water and then adjust the temperature by adding warm water. Blend should be placed in the water and swished around before entering. Enter the bath, close your eyes and let your breathing slowly become more relaxed. Feel the warmth and peace that surrounds you. Breath in the aroma slowly and deeply. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes as the bath salts soften the water, leaving a smooth, silky feeling on the skin and help to draw toxins out of the body. Rinse or shower off if desired. Rest, lying down for 30 minutes. Keeping the room where you bathe and rest lit only by candlelight and infusing the environment with the music you cherish most will bring forth a feeling of calm and relaxation you have never experienced before.

Every day in my practice I see more people enjoying the tremendous benefits available through the world of therapeutic essential oils. I adhere to a strict professional code of ethical conduct in the purchasing of the finest therapeutic ingredients, and I stand behind my products with the confidence of years of results for people around the world.

The therapeutic essential oil blends discussed here are safe for most people to use. If you experience any irritation, sensitivity, or reaction, discontinue use. Follow directions for the blend carefully. Never add more than the recommended amount. Use glass containers for all blends or store tightly closed in the package provided. Because of the high oil content the blend may tend to clump, do not shake essential oils, just gently roll the package between your hands for a few minutes.

I welcome you to my long-standing family of satisfied clients and practitioners. I appreciate your patronage.
